The travelsmart staff composed of Tracy, Fabeain, Demarlie and Maurely was top notch. Our rooms were well stocked and we did appreciate the attentiveness to detail. The staff was very friendly and approachable. Their personalities also made it easy to have conversation that made our stay more enjoyable. We would highly recommended this team if you want a royal VIP treatment!
