We are members of the Travelsmart vacation club and this was our 11th vacation on our membership. Our second time back to RRC, the welcome could not have been warmer. With banners saying “Welcome Back”, to beautiful flower arrangements in our suites., we knew this was going to be a memorable vacation.
TRAVEL SMART: Our vacation was made by one very special person. A big shout out to the Member Services Manager, she knows how to deliver customer service (rather than lip service). She was readily available any time we needed her and went out of the way to make this vacation super special for us. We saw her with other members and she treated each one of us like a VIP. She truly is a jewel in the crown of Travel smart and for RRC.
