We did not stay at the Royalton, but at the sister hotel next door. But we spent so much time here that I felt I had to review it. The Royalton is truly top notch and first class. Since we bought into the vacation club, TravelSmart, we were given VIP service by the staff of the Royalton. AURELINA, ANA, LISSETTE, ESPERANZA, YAHAIRA at the TravelSmart/VIP desk were amazing. They helped us so much with reservation. They also gave us ammenities in our room above and beyond. They made us feel really special and important.
We also loved the VIP area of the beach with the cabanas. Another favorite was the coffee cafe. The pools and beach and resort are just paradise and we can’t wait to go back and stay at the Royalton next trip.
