It was my first visit to Jamaica, and my family of 5 arrived on July 9th and stayed till July 15th, 2017. This was the most exciting vacation experience I have ever had!.. the hotel, activities, the people were all really Nice. I would recommend it to anyone!.
As members of Travel Smart, I received a pre-arrival welcome email from Tasha Mullins, and we were greeted by Keisha Rhodes who was so pleasant in welcoming us, and assured us that they were there to make our vacation a pleasant and memorable one. They really made us feel at home!. It pays to be Diamond Club members via Travel Smart!…We were all already getting excited, until we got to our Presidential Suite…WOW!!!.
Our appreciation and thanks go to the various Travel Smart personnel (Tasha Mullins, Keisha Rhodes, Paris Gardner, Natesha, Judine Mcgrowder and Beth) who were so wonderful and took care of all our needs. They were so willing to help us take care of any and all issues we had, including getting me some dry rice to help fix my defective phone.
I want to send a special thanks to Natesha, whom we initially met when we attended the Travel Smart update meeting. She informed us that she was supposed to be off that day, and had to come in because of the update appointment. She took us through the best update meeting we have ever had, and had a way to keep us relaxed as she provided valuable info and took us through the tour of the facilities. Her customer service skills went a long way to making us update our contract … The next day, as we inquired about transportation into town for some shopping, Natesha volunteered to provide transportation and company (Andre) on her account, just to make sure we felt safe and returned safely. She went beyond her call to duty to ensure that we had a wonderful experience, and we say, Thank YOU! for that superb customer service!.
I will stop here so far and say that in all we had a BLAST! and would recommend this resort to anyone, given the experience my family and I had!. Keep up the good work!.
