We’ve been to quite a few all-inclusives over the years, adults only and gen pop, and I we’ve found our spot. We loved the boutique feel. Nothing was too far away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The a la carte restaurants were absolutely top notch.
The room was a little tired. A little peeling paint but honestly doesn’t bother us. The bed was awesome. You can’t really close a door to the toilet so if you’re “new” get ready to become more acquainted. Room service was delicious and quick. We took breakfast in our room 3 mornings.
The lobby bar is pretty much where things happen. Wait staff are friendly. The entertainment at night was varied and fun. We aren’t really loud dance bar kinda peeps so we did not go to the disco.
Lots of stuff going on at the pool. Foam party, paint party, spin classes, yoga, bungee workouts, mixology, flip cup tourneys-you get the idea.
The beach is lovely. Atlantic side – great waves! Flag was yellow for the whole week but we are competent swimmers.
We tried the steak house twice and the Italian twice. Nothing but praise here. The Chic burger is also a staple. I think we had one every day. Delicious. Breakfast buffet was great with gluten free bakery.
Ruben was our rep and was amazing. Helped us arrange our late check out and always had a smile for us. Marcelino was our travelsmart building concierge and our fridge was stocked and our needs were met. We felt like family. Ana from Travelsmart member services helped us out with some reservations and honestly beautiful people. Much love!
