This was our third visit to the Royalton Punta Cana with TravelSmart. On this occasion celebrating our wedding anniversary. The entire experience was wonderful. It started with outstanding customer care from Aurelina Yan, who contacted us days before we arrived to ensure all of our expectations were met. She provided assistance with airport-resort transfers and specific restaurant reservations. Once at the property, Aurelina and her colleagues in the TravelSmart VIP Member Services team, Gaby and Greg, went out of their way to make us feel pampered. From anniversary cake and wine room service to arranging for many other comforts.
We have traveled all around the world and find the Royalton Punta Cana one of the resorts anywhere. The staff is super attentive and friendly, the property is beautiful and well maintained, the white sand beach is spectacular, and the meals and drinks delicious. We will definitely go back to the Royalton Punta Cana. The entire experience was magnificent.
