My first trip to Jamaica, and it was sunny warm and relaxing. I have stayed in Royalton Resorts in Cancun and Dominican Republic and the quality of rooms, food and wonderful staff carried over to the Hideaway Negril. There was plenty to do …or not to do… at this resort. I like that we were so close to the beach and they bay was so calm and easy to kayak, peddle board or just walk around the waterline.
We always stay Diamond Club and find the value in the VIP package. The staff, our Butlers Jade and Shelden took such good care of us. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, I felt truly welcome in their country. We also worked with Paris our Concierge since we are TravelSmart member. Paris helped coordinate a beautify romantic dinner and did so many other things to make our trip memorable. LOVE, LOVE the staff.
Although we stayed in Hideaway which is adults only we spent the most time at the Diamond Club beach, bar and pool. We enjoyed the staff at the Regular Diamond Club bar. It was just a bit more fun and friendly than the Hideaway. The Hideaway pool is narrow and in the shade in the afternoon and not much of a party scene.
I would highly recommend any of the Royalton resorts, they make us feel at home while we enjoy the beautiful all inclusive resorts.
