Stayed at Hideaway Feb 3-10. Hotel was recommended by a Sunwing agent who suggested this location for a couples anniversary retreat. We upgraded to TravelSmart status and appreciated to assistance of our onsite concierge, Paris, who made dinner reservations for us at several a la carte restaurants. My wife has an “onion sensitivity” and Paris made this known to staff when booking meals. We were pleased when the staff & chefs adapted to her needs & suggested menu options, or modified meals for her. Favourite restaurants… Ocean Point & Dorado. We found staff very accommodating & friendly. Looked forward to meeting many of the same servers for breakfast & lunch.
