Had the privilege of visiting on a last minute vacation with my family, in July 2017.
This resort is beautiful, has exceptional service and is a joy for travellers with kids.The secluded location makes it safer as there is no one else on the beaches etc.
Having visited a great many resorts in the area, I can sat with confidence this is the best resort in Cancun/ Mayan Riviera…. hands down.
The service, quality of the restaurants, staff are all way above par. We loved the place so much we ended up joining and buying into the vacation club at the resort. TravelSmart. In doing so, we were upgraded to diamond club services. This pkg adds a personalized converge and butler service, including having numerous concierge available to you via cell phone or whatsapp. This comes in really handy especially since the resort has full wifi coverage everywhere, including the beach.
Overall, a great place for a trip, especially with family. We are planning our return trip for December or January and will like to visit other Royaltons in Jamaica, Cuba and the Dominican Republic.
