We are Travel Smart / Diamond Club members and stayed in building 18-126,128.130.
The Entertainment staff / Vibe team were great!! Miguel, Starling, Pina Colada,Geronimo, Francisca(mini) and Gerald.They all kept us moving and shaking. The Lazy River and Flow rider were a hit. Lots of water activities and areas for the kids young and old. Food in general was great and lots of variety. The Best treat of all was having our Favourite Chef Adolfo from the Zen cook for us. Our evenings would bring us to the Bar Cafe where we would enjoy some dessert and were greeted each night by Dawer Ramirz, Yilda Carpio, Mireya Paul, Arlenis Tapia. They were all very friendly, service was great, they told us some history and about the areas around the resort.
When we arrived at resort the Concierge / Golfcart/ Baggage handler / great guy BENNY looked after us. Benny always had a smile for us spoke with us told us about the Dominican and made us feel like family.
Last but not least a big Thank-you to Ismael Vallejo the Travel Smart Members Services Manager whom we met at the Royalton Punta Cana resort last year. Our family had some medical issues arise and Ismael looked after our needs until we left.
