My family and I traveled to the White Sands resort and stayed 6 nights during the week of June 4th. We have belonged to Travel Smart for 2 years now, which I recommend if you intend to continue visiting Royalton resorts in the Caribbean as it affords you several amenities you would not otherwise have access to. The Staff was very accommodating and friendly, the beach was excellent, and the entertainment each evening was exceptional for all ages. I’d like to specifically recognize Ricardo, Tamara, Maurely and Tracy Ann from Travel Smart for going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. My daughter celebrated her 7th birthday while we were at Royalton in Jamaica, and those individuals went out of their way, several times, to make sure that it was special and memorable. They brought her a sparkling bottle of grape juice to the pool and sang to her, they decorated our room with banners and balloons, they brought her special birthday cakes… etc. Thank you Travel Smart for making our daughter (and our family) feel special during our trip!
