What an outstanding vacation! We had some problems with our room at first, but after some conversation with Ismael Vallejo travel smart management, we got moved to an outstanding room! This was our third trip to the Royalton Punta Cana, and it is the fabulous staff that keeps us coming back. We are treated so well, like family!.
By far, our favorite employee at the Royalton, is VALENTIN Medina. He is OUTSTANDING and always does above and beyond!! I also don’t want to forget a great lady Aurelina Yan, who starts taking care of us, even before we arrive, to ensure we have everything set to make our trip and arrival smooth and easy. Lissette Ortiz, Ana G and the rest of the travel smart team are so helpful and accommodating, and my kids love to sit and chat with them, learning about their culture and language. And the staff is so patient to teach them!! They always make our trip such a great one. Milla, Gregorio, Pedro and Gabriella also helped us out!!
